We start with a 6-month commitment to get things up and running. After that, you can cancel anytime with a 90 day notice. 

However, most of our clients stay with us for years (which is very rare in the agency world).

Yes—we exclusively partner with RIAs managing $300M or more in assets. That’s our sweet spot, and it’s where we do our best work.‍

While we occasionally consult on other projects or brands in the financial space, those engagements are limited and depend on Kendra’s availability.‍

We’re happy to plug into your existing team or take the reins entirely—it’s up to you. Some clients have an in-house marketer they want us to collaborate with, while others want us to handle everything from start to finish.

If you don’t have internal support, we can bring the full team: designers, developers, copywriters, and more. We’re flexible and can adapt to what your firm needs.

While we act as an extension of your team, you’ll still be part of the process. 

You’ll approve the big-picture strategy, review important content like emails and website copy, and help us answer firm-specific questions that only you can speak to.

The longer we work together, the more we’ll sound and think like your brand. We’ll get faster and more efficient—but you’ll always be looped in where it matters. 

Everything we create is custom—strategy, copy, design, all of it. No templates.

Templates can work for smaller firms or early-stage advisors, but the firms we serve are ready for a more thoughtful, personalized approach.
