If we hire Rebel Media, who will we be working with on a regular basis?
Even though we have multiple people on our team who may work on your marketing efforts, all clients work directly with our head strategist and agency owner, Kendra Wright.
Some agencies bring in the A-team during the sales process, then pass you off to a lower-level account manager you have never met once you sign on the dotted line. With Rebel Media, who you meet with is who you work with. If you decide to work with us, you will get our head strategist for your account, every time.
How long are your client agreements?
We ask every new client to agree to a 3-month commitment. After that, you can cancel with a 90-day notice at any time.
